Don’t understand the mindset of an appt but making people wait 3-4 days before even looking at the vehicle. No updates you have to call or message to understand what’s going on. To have my truck 3 days witho wait 3-4 days before even looking at the vehicle. No updates you have to call or message to understand what’s going on. To have my truck 3 days without even running a diagnostic report insane. Called another ram dealership right in and began working. Think you guys need to stop trying to get so many people in work appts on time. More
