The dealership was nice a very clean. I just think that if someone is coming to look at a car it should be serviced and cleaned up ready to be driven home that day. This has been the worst customer service from a car dealership. I purchased a vehicle on 14 November and as of 31 December the car dealership has failed to fix the broken screen that was identified be dealership. I purchased a vehicle on 14 November and as of 31 December the car dealership has failed to fix the broken screen that was identified before we drove it off the lot. First, it was the wrong part that was ordered and no one told us anything. Now, I have no idea how long the part will take to arrive nor for the part to get fixed. The manager provided some nice words of reassurance and promised he would provide a status on 29 December, we heard nothing. We finally took the vehicle into our possession on 31 December, with a broken screen. This has been unacceptable. More
Horrible experience. Unacceptable communication and customer service from Finance agent David Tuterbouro. I called and left a message approximately 11:15 Saturday Dec 27 Unacceptable communication and customer service from Finance agent David Tuterbouro. I called and left a message approximately 11:15 Saturday Dec 27. Called him and GM Ed Moore multiple times from then until 4:15...so there was a 5 hour gap when no call was returned to communicate if my issue was addressed or forwarded to the proper department. Had to take time out of my Saturday day off to drive 40 minutes from Florissant to Auffenberg CDJR to address the issue in person. Was treated and spoken to in a condensing manner by David Tuterbouro, and I quote...."This conversation is over...please leave my office" and walked out of his office and left me and my wife standing there. He refused to accept responsibility for the miscommunication. Had to be forced to return to lobby and apologize (which in my opinion was insincere) by the GM Ed Moore. In addition, we informed our salesperson that the A/C was not blowing out cold air...was informed that it was taken to service. My daughter (and I can confirm) it's STILL not cold. I 'll have to get it serviced myself at a local shop, as I don't have the time to set up an appointment and drive 40 minutes, then sit and wait for it to be serviced and drive ANOTHER 40 minutes back home since I work during the week and I have to get it done immediately, as my daughter and I will be driving it to University of Houston by the weekend. I give Auffenberg CDJR a (1) star rating, only because the questionnaire would not accept a no star (0) rating. More
