When I came back, it took less than an hour to install and I was on my way. Everyone there was kind and considerate. More
I had to have my car towed in, due to oil leaking after an oil change and there was no longer oil in my car. I Was told the new filter was crimped and when tightened, it caused the leak. Service as gre an oil change and there was no longer oil in my car. I Was told the new filter was crimped and when tightened, it caused the leak. Service as great on getting my car into a bay as soon as possible, so my wait was not long. Ashley is the best! More

They did an excellent job. The service adviser kept me well informed and the mechanics did a thorough job. My 13 year old car now runs like new. The service adviser kept me well informed and the mechanics did a thorough job. My 13 year old car now runs like new. More
I started taking my Jeep Wrangler to your service department months back. I got an oil change and a multipoint inspection last month that stated that the only major issue was ticking of the engine, w department months back. I got an oil change and a multipoint inspection last month that stated that the only major issue was ticking of the engine, which I was aware of but was not ready to address. I left and the brake light intermittently turned on and off as I drove. There was no mention of the brakes in the report, so I go back in and they say there must be a leak where the brake fluid is and asked me to let them keep it again. I then received a report a few days later with $9,000 worth of work. I chose to take my car home, which now had a constant break light on and the traction light on… and a warning from Ashley not to drive it because the breaks were so bad. How does it go from an oil change to undrivable within 2 weeks? I started to look for a new vehicle, so Ashley leads me to Quon in the sales department. Keep in mind, I’d been looking for a new vehicle at multiple dealerships all day and did not have the issue I had with Quon. I told him what I was looking for, which was a 0% interest deal on a jeep. He made it seem like that was possible but he had to ask me a couple questions first. I told him my credit score and filled out the application. I told him not to check my credit until he was sure they were running any deals that met my requirements. He ultimately checked my credit anyway and told me afterwards that he KNEW ALREADY that they didn’t have those deals and that checking my credit wouldn’t hurt me. That was not the point; the point is you character is terrible to manipulate your way into a sale. So I still gave the company a chance and went down to Nissan, and had a great experience in the sales department there. Ultimately, I bought a 2025 Jeep Cherokee with 0% interest at another dealership. Moving on, my mother took my Jeep Wrangler and despite my objections to taking it back to you guys, she did and was way more dissatisfied than I was. Ashley and that team are hateful and it really feels like you guys are scamming customers. They told my mother a certain price for a service they agreed on, just to call her and say another price because the breaks still needed to get fixed…. Hmmm that was interesting seeing that they just got the breaks fixed at Firestone a few days before . So either you didn’t check yourselves, you’re lying, or you’re too lazy and went off the old stuff without confirming with her what was done. Then she went and paid for what was done and they confirmed they fixed the traction light and charged her for it, just to drive off and the light come back on. They had way more to the story of their encounters with Ashley and the service department and it’s just ugly how people are being done. Now you lose a car sale and continuing service because of burnt out, manipulative, insensitive, lazy, incompetent workers. It’s sad and I hope you speak with your staff to correct their tactics and improve customer service. More
I have been going to this dealership since buying my car through them. They have great customer service and have always done a great job for myself & my vehicle. I drive 45 minutes out of my way for this de through them. They have great customer service and have always done a great job for myself & my vehicle. I drive 45 minutes out of my way for this dealership and will continue. I think I had an off experience this time due to two issues: The first issues with this trip was that I was quoted a different price per tire than what I paid. I went through the parts department and worked with Brooke who was very kind and patient when looking at pricing for four different tires. We decided on tires and asked if I could get the MOPAR official website price matched. Was offered $15 off the Auffenberg price/per tire & was fine with that price. At that time I presented the coupon off MOPAR’s website of price match guarantee on four tires that expires in December and was told that Auffenberg uses their own MOPAR prices so was unsure of that. Just was happy to get a little closer to that number on the MOPAR website. When going to pay after the work I paid the original price($195) instead of the reduced price of ($180). I asked about the pricing and was told that is the pricing with extras fee added on per tire. Ironically the same price as the tires original cost. Just a little confused why there is an up mark in that case per tire when I pay Illinois taxes of disposal and miscellaneous fees for tires in a separate category on the receipt. The other issue was that I asked my service advisor if I could keep one of my tires as a spare due to 3/4 tires having some tread left. He asked the technician in the back if that was possible and he confirmed they could and he would set aside one that was reading 6/32 tread life. When I got home from the dealership checked to see if one was kept, but unfortunately one was not kept for my vehicle. Not the end of the world in this case but a tad frustrating because we had a discussion and understanding the day before. More
