When I scheduled our service the individual who took all our information (call center) told me the tires we ordered two weeks prior to our appt would be ready when we dropped off the vehicle. I also asked f our information (call center) told me the tires we ordered two weeks prior to our appt would be ready when we dropped off the vehicle. I also asked for specific investigation of a tire/bearing/hub issue to be investigated during my appt call. When I dropped off the vehicle and called the service rep, the tires were not ordered and the person who could investigate the issues we're having with a rattle in our tire/hub could not perform the service for several days. The lack of tires delayed our service by an extra day and we couldn't get the issue with our wheel fixed. Everything else was fine, but there needs to be far better expectation management. If I needed to pre-purchase the tires to insure delivery, they should've told me that important bit of information because I was ready to pre-pay if needed. Brock Hill was fantastic and appreciated the text updates. More
