After 5 days, I asked for a 'loaner' car that they said must be approved by Chrysler. Since the repair, I have tried to contact Chrysler for reimbursement of the charge only to be put on hold for hours without the ability to talk directly to someone. I have purchased 3 new Chrysler 300's and 5 new Jeeps in recent years. Your help in this matter would be greatly appreciated. More
