I usually have a great experience at this dealership, but my most recent visit really threw me off. The service advisor who checked me in was not very welcoming. The first thing he said when he saw my 4:30 oil change appointment was, “How did you get an appointment this late?” which confused me since the service department is open until 6. As a teacher, late appointments are often my only option, especially since the service center is not open on weekends. I also felt pressured into adding an engine cleaner service that I do not recall being previously recommended. Additionally, I usually receive a free car wash sticker on my receipt but did not this time and had to ask for it. I will say the woman at the front is always welcoming and helpful, which I appreciate. I hope future visits return to the positive experience I’m used to. More
