Vehicles condition. Its in great condition for being almost 6 years old. I was upfront about the damage to the passenger window and the intermittent a/c issue. The air blows ice cold but is most likely just low on freon. The tires have a few hundred miles on them and we gave you the upgraded rims that we purchased. So there is $2,000 dollars worth of things that you guys get on top of the vehicle cause if we traded in with low tread that deducts from the value. Do we get a credit for that, Nope!! Do we get a $7,000 dollar adjustment for giving you a very well maintained vehicle with low mileage? Nope. Again since you refused to acknowledge that part why do you guys get to add $6,825 dollars for the vehicle we purchased having low miles but we get crap for ours having barely over what yours had? You gave me $17,000 and when I look up value of the vehicle we traded, WITH ALL DEFECTS INCLUDED, it is worth $19,100. So you have to put a little money into a newer vehicle with almost the same mileage to turn around and sell it for $25,000 but couldnt budge on trade value. Bottom line is you guys get to add value to your vehicles for things that dont add value to trades and if you really valued my business and wanted to keep me as a customer, you would have reached out and made it right not told me to contact you guys so that your unwillingness to help can be off the record to protect your image.
