My appointment was at 8am for oil and tire rotation. I checked in at 7:50. At 9:55 I went to front desk to find why it was taking so long. They told me they only had 1 tech. I told him if they would ha I checked in at 7:50. At 9:55 I went to front desk to find why it was taking so long. They told me they only had 1 tech. I told him if they would have told me that at the beginning I would’ve rescheduled because I had to be at work at 10:30. I didn’t leave until 1005 which means I had to run home and take a quick shower and get to work and of course I was late. Where are you? More
The overall maintenance and customer service was excellent. I have always taken my car several times to the dealership and have been very satisfied with the service each time. Maintenance and customer service was easily 5 stars. The only concern is that a salesperson was putting a lot of pressure on customers in the maintenance waiting area, who were having their car fixed, to buy a new car and trade their old car in. To the extent this specific salesperson asked the same person at least 5 times over and over. It seemed highly unprofessional to keep that sales tactic up when people were there to fix their car. In fact, when one person mentioned he owned a 2015 Mustang (when asked by the salesman how old of a car he drove), the conversation started out like it was an old car that he should trade in; however, that gentleman had just purchased that car from the dealership and he was super proud of it. In 2026, a person can buy a car online. People know they can trade in their car and people know if they want a new car, they just need to ask or start the process in store or online. There is no need for hard sales tactics and bother people waiting to have their car fixed. More
