The overall sales experience was good, I was taken to see the car before it was actually available on the lot or website and Mike was a good sales associate. The thing that got me though is that I was told i the car before it was actually available on the lot or website and Mike was a good sales associate. The thing that got me though is that I was told it would be checked over to make sure the components of the car would be up to par and looking good before I picked it up in 5 days. Took it to my mechanic the day I picked it up. Car drove well but sevice department could care less about getting interior ready for pickup, stained upholstery, odd odor and both filters (air filter and cabin filter) were clogged with debris… makes me hesitant to believe the service dept. even lifted the hood to check it out. I bought the oil change service agreement but knowing they didn’t check out the simple components like air filters kinda make me hesitant to let this service dept, change my oil or oil filter. More
The tire warning light came on so i went to the dealership to see of they could help, one gentleman from service helped me, he managed to fix my problem right then and there. Hard to find even a correct phone number to contact them. service department does not keep customers informed on any repairs.spent $3000 on fixing a c,still not fix right.
