Gave my vehicle to them to fix 3 different times. They had it for over a week each time. The first time, they didn’t do anything at all to fix it. The next time they replaced a part and said it wa They had it for over a week each time. The first time, they didn’t do anything at all to fix it. The next time they replaced a part and said it was fixed. The third time, they did something else and said it was fixed. It’s still broke. It was recommended to me that I take it somewhere else. What kind of service department can’t fix a brand new vehicle after having it for a total of approximately a months time. Wouldn’t recommend this department at all. More

The overall sales experience was good, I was taken to see the car before it was actually available on the lot or website and Mike was a good sales associate. The thing that got me though is that I was told i the car before it was actually available on the lot or website and Mike was a good sales associate. The thing that got me though is that I was told it would be checked over to make sure the components of the car would be up to par and looking good before I picked it up in 5 days. Took it to my mechanic the day I picked it up. Car drove well but sevice department could care less about getting interior ready for pickup, stained upholstery, odd odor and both filters (air filter and cabin filter) were clogged with debris… makes me hesitant to believe the service dept. even lifted the hood to check it out. I bought the oil change service agreement but knowing they didn’t check out the simple components like air filters kinda make me hesitant to let this service dept, change my oil or oil filter. More
