Poor Experience Don't get me wrong, Hyundai has great vehicles, which is why I have always been and will always be a customer, but no longer will I be at this particu Don't get me wrong, Hyundai has great vehicles, which is why I have always been and will always be a customer, but no longer will I be at this particular dealership. Jerry Fisher was the salesman, and that is all that he was, typical salesman. Although my mind was pretty much made up on what vehicle I was going to purchase by the time I arrived, I still spent about 4 hours at the dealership, mostly waiting, as Jerry was trying to juggling two sales simultaneously. He was not upfront about financing options, didn't bother to explain car features and benefits, and about a month has passed and he has been no help in getting my old car loan paid off, which was a part of the trade in deal. When we went in to talk to the finance manager, Jerry had misinformed him and even told him that we wanted to finance with the one bank that we said we did not want to deal with. He and the finance manage (Chris I believe) also did not seem to be getting along, or be on the same page, which also made me uncomfortable as a buyer. After the sale, you shouldn't even bother to contact Jerry, or anyone in their accounting department, as they return phone calls at their leisure, if at all. We just assumed that with my first purchase in 2011 that we were dealing with an inexperienced salesman and just figured they didn't put as much effort into selling a certified preowned vehicle, which they try and give you basically nothing for at trade in time. But this time, we were dealing with an experienced sales man, and buying a brand new vehicle, and same results. The only good thing out of this deal was that I got a brand new 2015 Sonata and I absolutely love it! For the price you are paying, and the time you will spend, please purchase elsewhere if you can! More

Pleased with willingness to negotiate online I was very pleased that Auffenberg was willing to do negotiations via email communication. This is my preferred method of buying a new car and in today's age of technology, is a way that a vast majority prefer to do business. I was amazed that some dealerships still try to force you into the dealership in order to negotiate a bottom line price. Even though Auffenberg doesn't have an internet sales department, the sales manager, Don and the salesman, Carl were both willing to deal via email and we came to an agreement using this method. I also appreciate that Auffenberg didn't have the ridiculous, and uncalled for, dealer add on options that some dealers refuse to remove. Auffenberg did have some of these add ons but was at least willing to remove the cost for them when asked. More
