Then after I paid for it. He said my credit rated bad when in the opposite it was 750. He set my loan at 13%. When my bank found out they immediately the car loan on with my house loan. I called Sean to cancel the insurance he canceled the warrantee instead. My car broke down and I needed the warrantee he charged me another $250.00 plus over the original price. Yet, I never saw the insurance moneys that were canceled. The one sale man Andy since that time has been so gracious with me saying he was sorry for all I went through and that he would make sure that when I looked to the next car I did not have to deal with Sean. Three weeks ago on March 11th, 2009 he told me Sean was fired. I told me of my aunts moneys coming that I wanted to look for other SUVs and would come back to see if he could match or beat their packages. He said fine I understand. I made it clear I wanted to pay off my charge cards and put the car with my house loan. On the 21st I showed up I told him I had driven a Dodge Journey and about their deal. Andy said they could get me a car my Santa Fe from 2008 I drove felt natural being the same as what I drive and good storage to drive and he would bet I he could price it way under $18,300.00. I told him the people at Oliver C. Joseph had free bumper to bumper warrantee I told him they said it was for the lifetime of the car. Andy grab the young man next to him and had the salesman bring in a large poster showing free car washes, oil changes, and saying bumper to bump priority club membership 100,000 miles or 10 year warrantee. He said I bet they don’t wash you car or do oil changes free with their warrantee. He then followed with and they will be out of business within two years. He said you know Oliver C Joseph is in trouble since they have changed location Linda who will be there to stand by their warrantee. My friend Nancy Davis was with me and was so impressed that the car that was $23,740 went down with rebates, and my trade in to 15,540 with my payments only being 333.00 if we add costs of paint and fabric protect nothing was said about my gap insurance cost or priority club cost or I would not have done the deal. I did not know I was being charged anything at all for other than the paint and fabric. The deal was done and I signed that paper and he took it back to a man named Justin Lombard. It took less than 10- minutes. He took us back to Justine and the papers put in front of me being turned over one after the other pointing at where I was to sign. Then they were all torn apart and he kept his copies and my copies were curled up ad placed in a envelope and given to me with one set of keys. All of this was done within 20 minutes including Justin Lombard not any of the papers I was signing at all were discussed with me. Nancy and I when into his room and signed the pages one right after another without conversation as to what I was signing. He just slipped them into the envelop and sent me on my way. I now wonder if that was legal?? When I realize Sunday what I signed & I went up to see him. Justin said it was my car and I had no chance to change things.
