Jeremy was very helpful during my test drives and not pushy at all which I appreciated. I decided on the Santa Fe and then walked in to the show room and fell in love with a silver Tucson. The whole buying process went rather smoothly. The vehicle could have been cleaner, however. It was dusty on the inside and I thought that a little more time could have been spent cleaning it for me. Also, when I got home I noticed a tiny paint chip in the back bumper. I called Jeremy right away and he said he'd get it taken care of this week. So, it this happens and the inside gets a better cleaning, I will be a very happy Hyundai owner. Thanks Gail Davidsmeyer More

I left upset my first night there as the price negotiated and agreed upon ended up $500 more on paperwork because they said I could only take one or another of the rebates. I dealt with sales consultant, Tim Ave. I had done my research and pretty much knew the car and features that I wanted and I let him know that up front. Andy was very thorough in guiding me through the steps of purchasing a new 2013 Hyundai Somata Limited. He answered all my questions and I feel, try to get the best deal possible for me. As I understand it, when they offer me a car wash, it should not take an additional 30 minutes or more. Jeremy and his porters do work very hard. Quality of Work and Friendliness - The quality of work is always top notch. Whichever car I might've brought in there looks and runs great. The friendliness of every employee cannot be beat. I am greeted and made to feel like a valued customer. Overall experience - Well, because of the 4 in Customer Service, I do not feel justified in giving a 5 this time, but Auffenberg Hyundai is the only dealership I deal with; my husband and I are repeat customers several times over, pretty happy with the whole experience. Great deals, great cars, good people past and present work there. Price - We are very happy with the Priority Club, and the oil changes are covered for now. I walked around looking at other cars, but when I walked by, she winked again. I got her fob from the office and offered to take her for a ride. I drove her down a secluded country road for a while. I liked how she felt. I pulled over, stopped, and looked her over. I liked what I saw. Her ride was a tad bumpy, but she was confident in where she was going. I knew then that a one night stand would never be enough. Now she winks from my driveway. . . . . . . . AT EVERY JERK THAT PASSES MY HOUSE! Randy More
