We were so impressed with the way we re presented with the car, we decided to drive 35 miles to your dealership, rather than go two miles to a dealer by our house here in Missouri. Brandon found us a color that my wife wanted, took six weeks, but he would check in every few weeks to let us know what was going on. Can't expect any better service than that. Purchased a Veloster with 178 miles on it, in October around 7 pm on a weeknight, drove 3 hours, Low balled me on my trade and would not negotiate, received the car with clear coat scratches all over it( around 7 pm on a weeknight, drove 3 hours, Low balled me on my trade and would not negotiate, received the car with clear coat scratches all over it( did not notice until 2 days later because the sun had finally come out). also received the "nitro fill scam" for 50$ Andy tried to reconcile by sending me a check for $50 2 months later but it bounced because my signature was where his signature was supposed to be on the check. Never received another check after back and forth discussion with Brent and Andy, ALSO the front bumper had 11 holes in it from the license plate bracket being installed wrong, they agreed to fix it(after many calls to Hyundai cust service) but would not let me buy a brand new bumper from them and all they would have to have done was paint it. basically worst experience with human beings in my life(after the purchase), they are out for greed, my car had a value of 12,000 on kkb and they only gave me 7,500 for my trade only good thing was they sold the car for msrp it was partially my fault for purchasing but I had driven 3 hours and was frustrated from going to 6-7 dealers before them between there and the northeast another hard lesson learned when dealing with people only out for themselves More
