The service department was great and worked with me the best they could despite the complications caused by the parts department ordering the wrong part MULTIPLE TIMES. It was very frustrating that it took 3 visits for a part replacement that took less than an hour. Thankfully once the correct part was in hand, Brad bumped me to the front of the line so I didn't have to waste a 3rd day leaving my car at the dealership. Whoever oversees the parts department (which isn't Services for some weird reason) really needs to be evaluated on their management and absolute refusal to address what I've come to learn is a common issue with this parts department. Also, no complementary water at this location even though other Auffenberg dealers do offer it. Not sure why that is. More

I took my car in four times and each time they stated it was bad gas, nothing was wrong with my spark plugs and the odor coming from my car I needed to take to a body shop to see if something crawled under was bad gas, nothing was wrong with my spark plugs and the odor coming from my car I needed to take to a body shop to see if something crawled under my car and died. I then take my car in and they replaced the spark plugs after finally actually looking at them. Then my car kept backfiring.Had to take it back to the dealership just for them to replace one coil. Like if one is bad why not replace them all to eliminate any further issues. I was hung up on by someone named axel I believe that’s his name. I worked with a Paige, a Doug, and was told different things each time I went up there. When I went to pick my car up. She had me sign to papers and didn’t give me any paperwork.After the experience I’ve had at this dealership I WILL NOT BE BACK. I wouldn’t recommend any of my family or friends to go there. Just horrible I’ve contacted a different Kia location to bring my car to. Very disappointed when all I wanted done was for my issues I came in for to be heard and checked out but all I did was get the run around having to miss work because of this madness they took me through. They have lost me as a customer I don’t trust them at this point to do right by my car seeing as they failed all the times I brought my car in to be looked at for the same thing to keep happening More
