Doug was not only able to get things situated he went above and beyond. The process was significantly faster than initially expected and I have no doubt that it was because of Doug and the rest of your team. I appreciate the time and compassion I was shown during a stressful situation. 10 out of 10 experience. 5 stars ⭐️ for sure. Thank you all for all you did and do. Your jobs can't be easy. Customers don't come in to say hey 👋 we come when we have something wrong. Frustrated, or worried but as customers, not always at our best. Day in and day out these two individuals have doubled as friends and dare I say... counselors!?!? You guys have been amazing. Thank you! People were super pushy trying to up the price and adding extra crap I didn't want or need. Told them no more than once and took over two hours to buy my car because they kept bringing more salesmen to try a extra crap I didn't want or need. Negative - the push by finance to add warranty cost. I gave max payment for my budget. This was observed. Finance pushed for extra warranty cost of almost $300 more than my max payment. 🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️. If you know that someone can’t pay more than a certain amount why waste their time with this pitch? I was told the ceramic coating was “included in the price” by my saleswoman. Got to paper signing and found out it wasn’t🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️. I feel this should have been given to me since I was told my sales that it was. False information that went into my decision to lease the auto.
