When I called to make an appointment for my first oil change and a coating on my car I was told it would take a while for these to be completed. I asked for a loaner car which the person on the phone sai change and a coating on my car I was told it would take a while for these to be completed. I asked for a loaner car which the person on the phone said they don’t do but I could get someone to drive me home and pick me up later. That would work for me so I set the appointment up. When I arrived at the service department, I was told they don’t do valet service. Long story short I only got my oil change and will have to take time to come back to have the coating on my car done later. This is my first time dealing with Auffenberg. When I was with Honda, they always had a car ready and I never had to wait. More
