I would absolutely never recommend Auffenberg Kia to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Some of the staff are incredibly unprofessional. We were told not to write a review because only the friendly sales people would be negatively affected, not the people who were actually terrible: Steve specifically. We were warned by family and friends NOT to go to auffenberg, and after 3 equally terrible experiences with Auffenberg, I can say with 100% certainty I will NEVER recommend Auffenberg to anyone who wants to purchase a vehicle, new or used. Three separate times my husband and I have left the Auffenberg lot with brand new vehicles more upset and beat down by the way we were treated. It should’ve felt amazing to drive off the lot with brand new vehicles. Instead we left feeling disrespected. More
