Eric was very nice and courteous. This was our fourth purchase of a KIA! 2 in Belleville, 1 in Ofallon and now this one in Shiloh, staff and auto body are always very nice as well. Communication reference what was fixed or what needed to be fix , how much things cost did not match up with what was verbally said than what was written on my report. Everything was inconsistent. I'm not sure if all my spark plugs were changed or not. The report said nothing needed but also say I purchased 4 spark plugs. I called back up there after reading report thoroughly and expressed my concerns about what was said verbally versus what was on the report. Douglas was nice and explained to me about the new tech who worked on my car and wrote the report. The inconsistency made me very uncomfortable and not trust the integrity of KIA. I'm in the process of purchasing another vehicle but it definitely will not be a KIA. Today is the firs day I actually drove my car so time will tell if they actually changed out all the parts that I paid for. More
