On 11/12/2020 Subaru of Austin made a fraudulent charge to my AMEX in the amount of $60.35. However, my 2017 outback is stil not fixed and it appears that yet another issue has shown. My car is a bit more than a year old from date purchased, the issues has been on-going from day 1. I would like all issues addressed and fixed. I would also like a reimburment for the cost of an aligment; $80. If I could given less I would! Accordingly multiply people I have spoken to (including Brandon Salensky who I was told is the manager) don't care and prefer to sell me incorrect and miss leading info for a sale. More

It was bad news about the collapse of the catalytic converter, but good news that it was under a recall. However I was told that it did not cover the damage done to the clogging of the exhaust system, converter, but good news that it was under a recall. I did along with some of the other issues I've had previously with my outback and the next day the company agreed to pay to repair the exhaust resulting in no charge for the repairs. I'm glad Will had the knowledge to help me get my Outback on the road again. More
