Exceeded expectations. I was shopping for a car for my daughter for college. We live in Sugar Land and had looked locally and traveled to San Antonio as well. Our experience to this point had been the car was not quite what we expected or the dealership had added on a significant number of fees which put the car out of our range. Austin Page took excellent care of us. We bought a pre-owned Subaru Legacy and it was even better than advertised. Austin knew the car we were coming to look at and had already started our paper work, so we were in and out in under an hour and a half. (We spent longer than that test driving a car locally and being hard sold on a car with $3500 of added fees.) Austin directed us to Hopdoddy Burger Bar around the corner from the dealership to celebrate, and we had a smooth ride home. My daughter now drives a nicer car than me, so I may need to drive back to make another purchase. More

Very pleased with this purchase experience. I felt there was no pressure and the price was fair. Everything was explained about the Forester I bought. Burak saved the day I contacted Austin Subaru through Car Pro. My first contact was with Nate, and I explained exactly the 2 cars I was looking to drive from their onlin I contacted Austin Subaru through Car Pro. My first contact was with Nate, and I explained exactly the 2 cars I was looking to drive from their online inventory, but he failed to mention those cars are not available as they are in transit. Upon arrival ready to test drive the 2 cars, Nate handed me off to Burak but failed to indicate my desires. Fortunately, Burak worked really hard to show me the various aspects of both the Outback and Forester that I wanted to see but in different cars. Ultimately, though, the car I expected was not to be found. However, Burak searched hard and found the exact car on the overflow lot that had arrived the night before and was not in the system yet. It was the exact one I wanted. Thanks Burak! This is my fourth car from Austin Subaru. To top it off, I was able to get Jeremy as my finance guy again, and he made it super easy and smooth since he remembered my previous purchase a few months ago. More

Very considerate and friendly It took longer than I expected to replace the passenger air bag but then again I was comparing the time frame for air bags in my Ford Ranger.
