Buying a car from Autoboutique Jacksonville has been a nightmare. In March 2025, I purchased a vehicle and signed a Carfax showing rear damage only. Weeks later, an employee tried to get me to DocuSign a nightmare. In March 2025, I purchased a vehicle and signed a Carfax showing rear damage only. Weeks later, an employee tried to get me to DocuSign a completely different Carfax showing damage all around the vehicle. I refused. When I spoke to the GM, Ali, he acted like there was “no issue,” repeatedly pressured me to sign the new report, and refused to let me speak to anyone higher. Very dismissive and unprofessional. Out of pure frustration, I eventually went back to the dealership to try to settle, even though I no longer trusted the situation. Now the most alarming part: 9 months later (12/23), the same GM called me claiming I’m in the wrong vehicle and need to come switch cars because the wrong paperwork was signed. I’ve been driving this car for 9 months, making payments, insuring it, and registering it. This level of incompetence and lack of accountability is unacceptable. A dealership’s internal mistakes should NEVER become the customer’s problem. If you value honesty and peace of mind, avoid this dealership and triple-check every document if you don’t. More
