They make you wait a long time before you can even talk to a sales rep or look at a vehicle. If you do decide to buy, they want you to sign off that it's OK for them to sell your personal information to th to a sales rep or look at a vehicle. Straight from the managers mouth that they are a wholesale dealer that doesn't put gas in or wash a vehicle because they sell their cars so cheap but the price you see and sign out in the show room wholesale dealer that doesn't put gas in or wash a vehicle because they sell their cars so cheap but the price you see and sign out in the show room is not the out the door price they said they actually have 3 dealership fees which added over $5000 to price. TERRIBLE customer service after the sale. We purcased 5 vehicles in 2 years from them. What they failed to ell us is if we paid off the car early, we would receive a refund for the GAP insura We purcased 5 vehicles in 2 years from them. What they failed to ell us is if we paid off the car early, we would receive a refund for the GAP insurance we purchased. Now - YEARS after the first vehicle was paid off, we received a post card from Zurich explaining that we are owed a refund. I contacted the dealer - they sent a check. I deposted the check and then they STOPPED PAYMENT on it. I have since left 12+ messages asking for an explanation with no response. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALER. More
