TERRIBLE customer service after the sale. We purcased 5 vehicles in 2 years from them. What they failed to ell us is if we paid off the car early, we would receive a refund for the GAP insura We purcased 5 vehicles in 2 years from them. Now - YEARS after the first vehicle was paid off, we received a post card from Zurich explaining that we are owed a refund. I contacted the dealer - they sent a check. I deposted the check and then they STOPPED PAYMENT on it. I have since left 12+ messages asking for an explanation with no response. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALER. More
