This dealership has very nice employees working there! The vehicles are priced just right with the age and mileage on their cars and trucks!! Hope I can do some business with them in the very near future! The vehicles are priced just right with the age and mileage on their cars and trucks!! Excellent. They are accommodating, keep you posted every step of the way, and best of all, fixed the Nav. Took them 3 tries, but they did it. They are accommodating, keep you posted every step of the way, and best of all, fixed the Nav. Took them 3 tries, but they did it. More
TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE! If you're wanting a good, reliable car go to a different dealership, this place is a ripoff. Went to buy a SUV & ended up with a lemon. Thought I got If you're wanting a good, reliable car go to a different dealership, this place is a ripoff. Went to buy a SUV & ended up with a lemon. Thought I got a steal on a rav 4 but that wasn't the case at all. Salesmen are very pushy, & don't even know what they're doing or have no knowledge on the cars they have. Eniid was the worst ever. Told us the car had minor damage. Well I took it to my local Toyota dealership & they let me know it had severe damage, should be a salvaged vehicle. It also had 0 coolant in it, & a big tear on the tire. They pulled my credit 4 times, which lowered my credit score almost 40 points. The Carfax report didn't match the vehicle. The loan rate ended up being higher than what I signed for. Stay away from this shady business. More
I asked Richard of online rep, that if dealership had a dealer charges, he told me no. when I went to check the car I saw on the website. ( the carfax said no accident) but when I saw the car, it had a lar dealer charges, he told me no. when I went to check the car I saw on the website. ( the carfax said no accident) but when I saw the car, it had a large damage on the front end. when I mentioned it they acted like it was a big surprise. it was very obvious. I picked a car for 6,800.00 I waited for over four hours after the test drive, for someone to the contract for the sale. when I got to the finance department. I was informed the dealer charge (other that taxes and tittle fees) 899.00 I told them Richard told me there were no dealer fees, they told me that was impossible that he said that. then they charged me 799.00 for a lojack which is for the dealership to locate car and added a detailing fee. then they told me I had to pay 1,500.00 for gap insurance that I had to take. when I left there the car went from 6,800 the over 12,000.00. The only reason I did not walk out was because my wife was tired and wanted to go home. in their ad they say free transport and 5 day trial, or 500 miles. I don't know how they got 5 stars I had the worst experiance at a dealer ever. More
I purchased a vehicle that they stated had a clean title and the following day I try to trade it in to three different car lots none of which offered me more than $399 for a vehicle I just pay 23,000 for. When I made a complaint to the business, the business, his response was to be nasty and insulting I would say buyer beware. Especially if you’re military personnel. More
My partner and i purchased a 2018 volvo v90cc from these guys less than a month ago in Florida. Then drove it to Texas. Of course the check engine light comes on. It only had one key so we made an appointme guys less than a month ago in Florida. Then drove it to Texas. Of course the check engine light comes on. It only had one key so we made an appointment at the Volvo dealership to have another key made/programme in Texas. . We soon learned they the car had a faulty ac line, a broken motor mount, broken torque rod, needs a new secondary battery, and already needs a new catalytic converter. Catalytic converters normally are good for more than just 5 years. We contacted auto boutique for assistance and also assistance with the warranty on 5/23/23.they said they would reach out . As of today we haven’t heard back 5/29/23. I’m Sure they are busy . Thankfully as we were leaving the Volvo dealership about the catalytic converter going out so soon. They fixed it under warranty. It’s a used car so of course you never know what you’re getting. But after reading these reviews it seems like it’s a pattern of them buying cars that have been wrecked or flooded. I’m not saying this was or wasn’t . I’m a dealers son and we repair auction cars or send them back before putting them on the lot. If we find out there was damage to the vehicle even with a clean title, we let the customer know. That’s one of the reasons my father’s dealership has no complaints. This is no dig to the salesman or staff but someone there knew the extent of the need this car needed. I’ve bought plenty of cars at auctions and through other dealerships. I understand again it’s a used car and there are problems not known , hiccups, etc. we just like good communication More
ORIGINAL REVIEW AND UPDATED REVIEW: ORIGINAL: They are just like every other dealer. A guy I spoke to, Alex, practically admitted the fees are nonsense and that they purposely advertise and "price bel are just like every other dealer. A guy I spoke to, Alex, practically admitted the fees are nonsense and that they purposely advertise and "price below market" but then add fees to make money. Everyone study your laws, learn your rights, start calling out nonsense from Here arenthe FACTS of my experience: 1. They advertised the car for $14,500, I offered $16,500 OTD. But they wanted $18,100. 2. Here are the fees they wanted to charge: Doc Fee $899 (absurd) Electronic Filing Fee $329 (3rd party CRM companies charge the dealer maybe $20 to do this) PTA $99 (Are you charging me for use of the acronyms for Price, Terms and Addons?) Paint $499 (No one needs fake "paint protection" for a 7 year old used vehicle.) LoJack $299 (I didn't ask for it. You just did it and won't take it off?) Temp Tag $14 (Costs $5 in Florida) New Tag $299 (Actually costs $225 in Florida) Title $85 (Actually accurate. Congrats, you were legit on ONE thing.) 3. F.S. 501.976 (16) states specifically that advertised prices must INCLUDE all non-goverrnmental fees in the advertised price. Not in the fine print that no one sees unless they go on a scavenger hunt for them. Alex, the sales person I spoke with, TOLD me that they advertise below market value and add fees in the final cost to make more profit. That violates the law. PERIOD. No matter how silver tongued these lawbreakers are, there's no way of talking your way out of that FACT. Yeah, a lot of dealers do it. Doesn't make it legal. 4. Auto Boutique vaguely mentions they are a "no haggle" dealer. I think they know they aren't really, which is why they don't put this at the forefront of any communication. In fact, Alex never even used the phrase "no haggle policy" in our conversation. So either they don't know what it actually means, or they prefer to throw the phrase out there at their leisure to try to justify their actions. But they try to justify their actions with a fake definition of the term, in an attempt to make you feel like YOU'RE the problem. Lies on top of lies. In their case, "no haggle" pricing is a marketing ploy to make consumers think they are getting the best deal with no negotiating needed, but then add whatever fees they want to on top of the ADVERTISED price and refuse to budge on them. It's purposely deceptive at best. 5. There's a fairly good chance if you got a car from Auto Boutique, you paid way more than you should have. Some research into your particular model purchased will probably reveal that. I just want everyone to be aware of this company and what they are doing for all future purchases. FAR better dealers out their. P.S. I got the car I wanted for my family, from a different dealer, in better condition, with better mileage, and for $3,000 less OTD than what these guys wanted. 😁 More
