Hello, We are sorry for the unfortunate circumstances. The vehicle needed additional repairs after delivery and that is never something we hope for or intend on. With that being said, we have worked diligently to provide you with good service and to repair your vehicle. The service the vehicle needs will take longer than a few hours or an afternoon. This vehicle needs to be left with us until fixed. We offered you a vehicle to drive while your vehicle was being repaired and you refused. We ordered the part to repair the outstanding evap. repair the vehicle needs, but you will not leave the car with us for this to be fixed. We have spent over $2,000 repairing your vehicle. The vehicle is no longer under warranty, however we want to be reasonable. We offered you your money back four separate times and you refused to bring the car back for a refund. We also offered you the money back for your trade. We have been in business over 20 years and we are an honest and reputable company. In no way do we ignore the lemon law in Massachusetts or not follow it - it is simply impossible to not follow the lemon law in Massachusetts and stay in business. These accusations are not true and they are extremely discouraging considering all we have tried to do for you. We recommend you bring the vehicle and leave it until it is fixed so that we can resolve this. It is never our intent for issues like this to happen. We would love for every customer to take their vehicle from the lot and never have an issue with it again, but unfortunately cars can be unpredictable and we do not always have the ability to have the fore site to know that something like this will happen. You are liars and theirs-you said you would not give me my money back toward the trade and also said you no longer had the Camry-LIES!!! You REFUSED to let us take a different car home MULTIPLE TIMES and we were always asked to leave the car for ONE DAY the ONLY time we were told/asked to keep it another day we HAPPILY let you-you are hack liars and did NOT try to make this better or fix these problems-you jimmy rigged them to get by in the interim. How DARE you claim oh tired to help and offered us the things you say-HOW ABOUT YOU TRY BEING HONEST??????

We spoke to your husband and your father and they were both told you could have your money back and also that you should bring the car in so we could repair it. They were also told you could use a vehicle. Perhaps they did not communicate with you. Your father said that you couldn't leave your vehicle over night because you got a new dog that you needed your vehicle for. Hello, We have been in business for almost 25 years and we do not do any "shady business practices." We told your husband and your father to bring the vehicle back to get fixed or to return it and explained that we would have to give them cash value for the Camry as it was sold. Again, please return the vehicle for a full refund. It will be an all cash offer, as we no longer have your Toyota Camry. After we spent thousands of dollars fixing the Camry, we did sell it. This will be our last correspondence. Not to re-iterate, but this is an offer to refund your vehicle for the full purchase price. We purchase your vehicle for a full cash offer of what was paid for the vehicle. Thank you very much for your consideration.

Dear J S, We have spoken to your husband and you and all issues were immediately addressed and resolved. You were delivered a clean car with gas. We do not deliver dirty cars with out gas. We clean our cars before they are delivered and we always put gas in them. The mechanical issues were not something we could have predicted but we did our due diligence and we repaired them and worked with you to ensure the vehicle was fixed. We also provided a rental car for you. You did not get the car repaired until a Monday because none of the shops that repair our vehicles are opened on weekends. We towed the car here and offered to tow it back to you when it was fixed. We went above and beyond to help you. You also thanked us for this and said you would remove this scathing review that does not reflect our business practices at all, but you still have not. We have been in business for 25 years with a plethora of repeat and referral business - we are in the business of helping our clients find cars that fit their needs and budgets.
