We had been to several dealerships over the last few weeks and were not pleased with the service we My husband and I were looking to purchase a Lexus. We had been to several dealerships over the last few weeks and were not pleased with the service we received or with the cars we were shown. After reading over 300 Five Star reviews online for Auto Direct (and seeing they had a Lexus RX on lot) we decided to take the hour drive... We are SO glad we did! Owner, Bob Rothberg greeted us personally and couldn't have been more accommodating. Michael Cohen showed us the Lexus RX and took care of us from that point on. We knew we were in great hands with Michael from the minute we met him. Personal and professional; and he REALLY knows his Lexus! We are in our 60s, and have purchased many vehicles over the years, but never have we had such a pleasurable car buying experience. They worked with us and we arrived at the perfect deal well within our budget. We were there approximately two hours, which is great for buying a car; we were offered tea, coffee, lunch .. They even charged my dying cell phone, and the owner offered to buy us dinner! We are thrilled with our new Lexus RX and will recommend Auto Direct Cars to everyone we know looking to purchase a vehicle... And, FYI, they have the largest indoor used car showroom we've ever seen and all their vehicles (including their outdoor vehicles) are maintained in MINT condition!
