Great Customer Care I was looking for a new SUV and went on Cars.com and found an SUV that I liked and the one with all of the specifications I was looking for. I clicked on their website and began looking at what they had in inventory and what type of company they were. I then applied for credit and provided some details regarding my current trade. Being out of equity / upside down and late on my payments I figured I wouldn't be able to put enough down. So I decided not to pursue the vehicle. A few hours later I get a call from Bob. He went over everything with me and most importantly listed to my concerns. I was very impressed that an owner would actually take that kind of time to call someone to see if anything could be worked out.. that left a great impression! Bob Chad and Doug all worked with me at some point and no one ever tried to jack up the numbers with an inflated deal. I was treated with respect the moment I entered the door and treated fair. Everyone worked very hard to get me the car that I wanted at a price that was more than fair. Now I'm in my first BMW and loving it. It had a clean Carfax it runs like a dream and is in great condition inside and out. Thanks again!
