After talking with Bob, Mike & Chad I brought my son there to look at cars and he decided to buy a beautiful 2011 Mazda 3s Touring at a great price. The deal was easy to complete at a good interest rate. The car had 93k miles so we bought an NAC warranty for it too. Luckily when the stereo system failed we had it repaired at their service partner's shop. The repair was correct and prompt and it was covered by the warranty in full, except for a few diagnostic hour charges. When Bob found out he jumped in to cover the extra cost himself to stand by the car he sold us. I was pleasantly surprised. In summary, I was very happy with Auto Direct LLC and only by used cars, so I will be checking with them when my family needs the next car. THANKS Bob, Mike & Chad! More
