I'm writing this review because the reviews I had read about Auto Direct Cars, L.L.C. and the reviews I had read about other used car dealers made me feel most comfortable with emailing Auto Direct Cars, about Auto Direct Cars, L.L.C. and the reviews I had read about other used car dealers made me feel most comfortable with emailing Auto Direct Cars, L.L.C. as opposed to emailing other used car dealers and I want to extend the same to others who are in the market for purchasing a vehicle. I emailed Auto Direct Cars, L.L.C. late on New Year's Eve about one of their cars I had seen online. Chad called me New Year's Day morning to give me more information about the car. We set up an appointment for the next day. I was driving 71 miles to see the car. Bob called me the morning of my appointment to re-review the features of the car with me to make sure it was what I was looking for before I made the trip. I called Chad after speaking with Bob to move my appointment up two hours. Chad was very accommodating. When I arrived Chad had the car ready for my inspection and test ride. The car was exactly as Chad and Bob had described. There was no pressure. I was given any time I wanted to make my decision. The decision was easy to make. The customer service provided to me by Chad and Bob coupled with the quality of the vehicle and the price led me to purchase the vehicle. There was a minor cosmetic issue which Chad had taken care of before I took delivery. Bob called me a couple of days later to make sure I was satisfied with the vehicle and my purchase. I have put 700 miles on my 'new to me' vehicle since my purchase and I am extremely satisfied. This is a family owned business which makes you feel like family. They care about you, your car purchasing experience, and the quality of the vehicle you purchase. It is refreshing to be treated this way in today's world. It's refreshing to find a business that has the customer as their focus. I highly recommend Auto Direct Cars, L.L.C. and have referred numerous friends and family to them since making my purchase. From the moment I called Auto Direct Cars I felt as if I was speaking to a family friend. The voice on the other side of the phone was friendly and helpfull. When my husband and I arrived at the dealership to see the truck we saw and liked online we were received with welcoming friendly smiles. We were allowed to look around there large lot without the usual pushy and smothering car salesperson. We definitely liked the truck when we viewed the great pictures available on line and fell in love with our truck when we finally saw it in person. What you see in their adds and what you get in the lot is one and the same, no scams. They made the purchase easy and explained everything in a way that I had no questions or concerns. All of the cars on the lot are well taken care of, the lot is clean and the whole set up is great. My family and friends will definitely be shopping here for all of our vehichles. Thanks Guys!!!!!! The whole process was short and simple, not like those other dealerships where your there all day long. Even after purchasing the vehicle, i had some mechanical issues, which were completely resolved in a timely matter,with no charge or inconveince to me. I decided to give them a call and make an offer on the truck. I talked with the owner Bob and he answered all my questions. After some negotiation we agreed on a price that was about 3 thousand less than other dealers were asking for the same truck with less options and more miles. I offered to send a deposit to hold the truck because I wouldn't be able to pick up the car for a week but Bob told me that was not necessarily and he would hold the truck for me - That blew me away. Throughout the whole process Bob and his staff treated me well and were up front and honest with me. I was very skeptical about buying a vehicle 3 hours from my home but Auto Direct Cars made the process as seamless as possible. I am very happy with my Truck - The price I paid and the efforts of the dealer to ensure I left as a happy customer. More

My boyfriend found Auto Direct online and I really didn't want to drive all the way up there, but am now so happy that I did. The whole team was super helpful, did not push me at all (in fact told me that if I wasn't sure that I should wait, sleep on it and come back when I felt more comfortable and bring my mechanic!). They wound up giving me a great deal, found me a great rate for my financing and the overall experience was so much better than I anticipated. More

Working with Auto Direct Cars LLC was a pleasure. My wife and I were treated fairly and respectfully. They immediately showed us the car we were interested in(we had found it using a Cars.com search) a wife and I were treated fairly and respectfully. There was no pressure, just straight friendly talk about the car, and no haggling on price. The car needed a new battery, which they immediately installed. We brought the car home the same day, but unfortunately we found two small issues, later that day, that we did not know about before we left the dealership. However, Bob followed up our purchase with a phone call and was able to work with us to resolve the issues to our satisfaction. Over the past 6 years I have bought 4 used cars, from both new and used car dealerships and never before has anyone called to see how satisfied I was with a purchase. I have to hand it to Auto Direct Cars, they focus on customer satisfaction during the purchasing process, and prove it with their follow-up and support afterward. I highly recommend this dealership and would definitely buy a car from them again. More

We were searching for a car for our son and not sure what type we wanted. We searched on-line and found Auto Direct Sales in NJ had a lot of inventory with every make/model and price range. We were pleasantly surprised to see just how many options we had. We test drove 6 cars and finally ended up with a 1999 Blazer priced right. They were accomodating and patient in our efforts to find a car. We live in PA and needed to have it inspected. It needed front end work which either Auto Direct Cars or us knew it. Bob went above and beyond and paid for the repair. I would recommend this family owned auto sales to anyone looking for a car. They are top notch in our book!! More

The car was emaculate. Full service records. Pristene condition. They worked with us on price cause long story short we jad alot of teouble goin to the bank and askin for 9000 dollars. So we ended up goin to 3 banks and 2 atms in a 3 day before and on the day of purchase and could only get 8580 which wasnt the price discussed but they worked woth us. And the car is fantastic.
