I have been to many local used car dealerships over the last several months, since I had some time to make a decision I wanted to choose the best car I could find in my price range. There was absolutely no salesman pressure! They were there and helped when they were asked, but they allowed me the time to wander the lot which was a welcome relief compared to other places I had been!. And most importantly, once you know what you want, Chad leads you through EVERY step. He advised me on some issues where I truly felt he had my best interest in mind. I was never told what I needed to do, I was told to let them know what I needed and they made sure it got done! When I picked my car up a couple little issues were attended to promptly and with great care by Bob. I feel confident that I can go back to Chad or Bob with any last question or issue that may arise and I will be met with the same great service and quality care! After asking us if we needed any help he offered to get us the keys to the two cars we had narrowed our search down to. Chad provided the information on the vehicle and facilitated a test drive. I decided to purchase it. Chad determined during the test drive that an item needed to be repaired and thereafter had it repaired prior to delivery the next day. I have checked and tested the vehicle and its features and equipment. Chad extended an additional courtesy to me by having Bob follow me and drive the car I purchased to my nearby home. We were allowed to look around the lot at leisure. We finally decided to purchase the 2007 Hyundai Azera. It is a beautiful car with low mileage. The key thing I was looking for in a car. All the vehicles we looked at on the lot had low mileage. I was very impress with the number of inventory vehicle with low mileage. The finance process with Chad was very smooth. The customer service treatment was superior. We did have a problem with the vehicle. Once we notify Chad, he didn't hesitate to correct the problem. There was no haggling, no bull. The company is family owned and the owner, Bob, personally saw that our questions were answered, that we had our needs were met, and that our overall experience was a good one. Bob went above and beyond in his customer service and I was very appreciative of his help. At the end of the day it was one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. The vehicles on the lot were also in good condition and the price was fair. I have already recommend this dealer to 4 people. I bought a 2000 Ford Focus from this dealership. More
