But his sales Manager bald guy in the back named Avi something like that was very rude and needs etiquette classes on customer service. I went there with my own bank loan and the sales manager persuaded me to run my credit thru them he said he can get a better rate thru MCU probably a better rate b/c if I didn't he wouldn't make any money on the vehicle that he would sell me so after an hour of going back and forth. I let them run my credit since they said they have relations with MCU after another hour they came back out and told me I need to call this number so I so what's this Avi turns to me and says I have a credit for alert on my credit that I need to call and give them some information so they can run my credit on the paper it said some of the credit union which he specifically said he deals with MCU all the time I go ahead and tell him that's not what you said he starts yelling at me saying we don't deal with the bank I was appalled my girlfriend turns around and says what are you serious you just wasted our time so he starts yelling at her know we both going back-and-forth with him yelling and us yelling like we did something to him I thought we were customers and proper etiquette comes in this isn't the Boiler Room Avi your not on Wallstreet this isn't Wolf of Wallstreet you didn't lose the deal of the century if it wasn't for Jean calming everyone down we don't know how far Avi would have taken it. After Avi walked backed into his office I then proceeded to still talk to Jean to see what kind of deal he had on the table so the ad lists the vehicle for 23,495 right so he comes out with some numbers showing at the end of the deal I would be paying xxxx near 31,000 for the vehicle just by signing it watch the fine print it states of they finance you with 2,000 down it drops to that price. If I brought the car with my own bank I would have to pay 25,495 plus 1,000 they would charge me for not getting the loan thru them. I laughed and I walked out of that place with my pride and not letting a ripoff company jerk me. More

Ronnie Eitan, the Financial Manager, arranged the financing for my second choice. Bottom line, was he got me approved for X amount of money at a workable monthly payment. This dealership handles nothing but Value Rated, Mercedes Benz and BMW ' s. I have gotten nothing but compliments on my ( new to me ) 2012 E 550 Coupe. I'm looking forward to doing business with them again in the very near future!!! More

total xxxxxxxx i went there all the way from conn. i was pre approved over the phone send all my papers they need then went too the lot too see dian i went there all the way from conn. i was pre approved over the phone send all my papers they need then went too the lot too see diana she was my sales rep i test drove a 2012 bmw beautiful car then the xxxx it i was told my pyment with 3000 down were going to be 328 with 6 percent then i asked that i see the figures before signing or giving any money down they told me they would call me monday de too the banks being closed ok monday tueday wedsneday thursday no call it only takes one day too get bank approvel these people are scammers very bad dont believe anything they tell u unless your dealing with cash they also will call you and keep you holding on i have beening waiting 3 weeks for an apprval with the figures not yet have i gotton a call so think 2 before going there More
