Well im sure everyone has their own opinion on how they were treated at this dealership, in my case i could not have gotten a better deal on my nissan maxima, Alfredo took great care of me just like he sai were treated at this dealership, in my case i could not have gotten a better deal on my nissan maxima, Alfredo took great care of me just like he said, on top of that,i would have liked to get more money on my trade in then i expected but the deal overall went smooth. my process would have been faster if Ronny the finance guy did not have 4 customers at the same time as me. 8 months ago i purchased a car from Auto Expo, they told me to come back in 6-12 months then I could get into a better car if i made all my payments on time and they were right! I went from a 2007 honda Accord to a 2008 mercedes C300, originally i wanted the mercedes first but due to my credit it was not going to happen. Now I am driving the car that I love! and i will definitly recommend Auto Expo to everyone! More
Since I purchased my 2008 Honda Accord from Auto Expo, I have had my car serviced at Auto Expo Service Department at 1800 Jericho Turnpike New Hyde Park N.Y. 11040. A couple of things I can say are they hav have had my car serviced at Auto Expo Service Department at 1800 Jericho Turnpike New Hyde Park N.Y. 11040. A couple of things I can say are they have always been friendly and with great customer service. I currently work in Wall Street so I dropped my car off to be serviced and they arranged to have my car dropped off to my job. If my car needed something other than what I brought in for service, I always received a call. They always worked with me as far as finances and deciding what the most important thing to have serviced first. I always feel like they go the extra mile to keep their customers happy and keep them coming in. I have recommended them to my friends, whether they have purchased a vehicle from Auto Expo or not. I get treated very well and not every service department makes you feel comfortable when you go to them but Auto Expo Service Department is different and I never have to think twice about taking my car to them. It did take 2 or 3 hours for the whole process but hey its a pre-owned showroom so it still takes time. They offered a great APR with Chrysler Financial, and I was truly satisfied. I recommend you ask for George when looking for a car, he was new in the game but can really work with you. A++ from me! More

Where do I start...Chris was the sales guy and I contacted him from CT to get me approved before I wasted my time coming there. I faxed him everything he needed. He contacted me and said I was approved for a C-Class Benz and I told him no Thanks I was intereted in an E-Class and he assured me that if I gave him $5,000 down instead of $4,000 down he could put me in the E class. I specifically told Chris that I wanted the 06. So my husband and I arrived and he showed us the 04 E-class and stated that he didn't remember my email. So i looked at the 04 and decided due to the price $18,995 with the $5,000 down it would be fine. We spoke to the finance manager who told us we were approved and what our payment would be and to come back woth insurance but refused to let us sign anything but asked for a down payment. so we gave him a down payment of $3400 to go with the $200 we already gave them. Prior to arriving to pick up the car I emailed and spoke to Chris telling him to have the car detailed, light fixed etc. he stated thaty he would have everything ready. we arrived there and waited almost two hours and found out that they were just running our credit "to get the rate down" which was a lie. We finally meet iwth the finance manager who tells us he could only get us approved for a C-Class benz and not the E-class that was promised to us and we had insurance on already. My husband and I went ballsitic on him and he still tried to sell us the C-Class and anything else we didn't want. After being lied to that he would fight for us and work with the bank he finally agreed to give me my money back! I was livid and had to cancel the insurance. We basically put money down on a car we never had. Cjris didn't say one word to us after that, not an apology or anything. This place is a bunch of CROOKS and LIARS!!!! I am utterly dsgusted and warn you not to do business with these guys. They pumping up the prices and refused to show us the approval from the bank that stated we had to get a C-Class. It was ridiculous and an utter waste of our time!!! Many customers were complaing and yelling at the salesman and finance managers both times we were in there. LOSERS!!!! More

Well first and foremost my name is Wendy and I was hesitant to go to Auto Expo.The first day i went I took a test drive and I really liked the car but it had some dents and scratches that i wanted the hesitant to go to Auto Expo.The first day i went I took a test drive and I really liked the car but it had some dents and scratches that i wanted them to take care of. So I left a deposit of $300 dollars for them to process my deal and to hold the car so that it does not get sold. 2 days later I go back and the scratches and dents were fixed and Ronny the finance manager really got me a great deal on my 2008 Mazda. My salesmen was Chris, a very polite young man. I really appreciate their hard work and I will be going back in 6 months to trade in my lovely Mazda for hopefully a more Luxurious car. More
