I came to Auto Expo with one car in mind, a 2008 Infiniti M35x. In the past I had been to dealerships that yes you to death just to get you thru the doors so that they can beat you in the head once you get t M35x. Alfredo took his time and answered all of my questions, Being that I had my mind set on this particular vehicle he had a lot of work to do to get me into it, he even called around and got quotes for me when it was time to get insurance. I bought a 2008 kia sportage at this dealer last week and I had a very good experience. I expected the usual annoying sales people when you go look for a car but I got a very different feeling. I called before I came and spoke with Bryan de Leon who could not have been nicer on the phone. When I came in he greeted me very warmly and asked me exactly what I was looking for and showed me only what I was looking for and made sure it was in my price range of what I could spend. He took care of the insurance with me and was very helpful. I also dealt with ronnie who was very helpful with the financing and was able to get me a good financing package. All in all it was a very good experience with very nice and helpful people. When I buy my next car I will be coming back here again. Bryan DeLeon changed my life!! At first I thought he was just one of those sales guys that were only out for my money after talking to home I realize he was only out for my best I interest . Just bought a car yesterday and I'm honestly happy with the dealership. I really gotta say it was unexpected but I learned never to judge a book by its cover. I purchased a 2009 Mercedes CLS, I had an appointment with Bryan, he picked me up from the train station. Offered me something to drink, really respectful. The rest of the process was great, I really gotta hand it to you guys you are different! They work like a real big team there is no Bias over there. Few weeks later the Title came and it had 77858miles on it. At the point of sale our salesperson was reluctant to show us the CarFax, and i couldnt even suspect that there could be an issue when you purchase from a Dealership. Basically, Auto Expo place will rob you and lie to your face with a sweet smile. I am about to get an attorney and sue them for all the money they took from me. Don't believe a thing they tell you. This place must be shot down and very fast. My advice to you, never buy any car from Auto Expo. More
Contacted them about a car they posted on ebay. Negotiated with Josh on the price-downpayment and terms of the loan. He proposed two options, I chose the one that best suited my needs, and schedul Negotiated with Josh on the price-downpayment and terms of the loan. Drove 150 miles and sat in the showroom for over and hour and a half for Josh to free up. Turns out the car was in another lot 15 minutes away. Drove over there to find he had no keys. So I drove a 300 mile round trip and spend 2+ hours there to find out I couldn't do anything but look at the car...and then Josh asked me for my information to start the loan process! I refused, stating that I would not buy a car I could not even get in or drive. Josh and I exchanged emails and reaffirmed the deal. I agreed to come back again and test drive the car. Drove another 150 miles and the car was there with the key. I liked the car and started the loan process to purchase based on the terms Josh presented to me. I gave them a $1,000 check to hold the car and said I did not want them to cash it, that I would pay the downpayment in cash. Josh agreed. I received an email the next day stating my credit was excellent and my loan had been approved. Josh wanted me to pick up the car before the end of the month, so I agreed and took vacation time from work two days later and rented a trailer to go get the car. I have emails detailing the deal Josh offered me, my clarifications, which are in email and spoken to him in person, and my acceptance of those terms. I have this in writing! So I drove another 300 mile round trip to go get the car. When I arrived at the dealership the car was there, still dirty and not detailed. They could not find the second key. I got an email from my bank that payments had bounced and that was because Auto Expo cashed the check they had agreed NOT to cash! I had to show them my account on the internet where the bank debited the check, and the carbon copy from my checkbook before they would issue me a refund check! I waited over an hour for the finance manager to meet with me and was very frustrated. I went back to Josh after and hour and said I was leaving and that I wanted the $1,000 they took from me. He promised that someone would be with me. He got me in with Avi who sat me down and told me he would not do the loan Josh had promised me. Instead, he said he would take a year off my loan but my payment would double! What kind of deal is that? I accepted the deal that Josh presented me. Josh told me I was approved and could come down and pick up the car. All in all I drove 900 miles, took a vacation day from work, rented a trailer, and had to pay bounced check fees, and then they won't even sell me the car for the price that they gave to me! I am out over $1,000 in gas, tolls, trailer rental, lost wages, and bank fees. This is a bait and switch dealership, predatory lending, lies and deceit. You cannot trust these people.
