Diana is a very good salesperson. She is always on the run doing her job. Always had dealer plates in her hand while walking to and from the office. We went on a test drive and we loved this car. Her phone is always dinging. That means she is a great salesperson. She is truly into her job. I got some money off for being a USMC veteran and I was very happy about that. Avi Eitan will work with you and call you back and forth all day if needed very professional. A car sale is annoying everyone is always weary about Car dealers even my wife & I. We were taken care of and even happy with the trade in price that we got for our baby. Ronny Eitan is very professional as well. He did all the paperwork and asked if we wanted to extend warranty. Everything has a price. Nobody wants to be taken. I am going to recommend this Dealership and tell them to go to Diana Rollins who even came in on her day off to finalize this sale. I think this dealership is very professional and all of their cars are High Class. We are going to miss our 2012 Cadillac CTS coupe but we are having a baby girl so we need a bigger 4 door vehicle. I believe they get most of their cars at end of lease auctions so they should be pretty well taken care of. Prices and rates are fair. My credit was fair at best but they know banks that got me financed the same hour. My rate is not 2.9% but I am paying more than the monthly minimum so total interest paid shouldn't be too much. I paid blue book for my first vehicle because it is pretty rare. My saleswoman Diana Is energetic and I could get her on the phone directly about half the time. When I left a message, she would normally get back to me the same day. She knows her vehicles and is very hardworking and relatable. If you want a late-model Mercedes or BMW with a reasonable amount down, Auto Expo should be one of your first dealers to visit. Although not perfect, they can get you approved and driving a great car in one day! More
