The check has been mailed to you already via regular mail you can call Fazeeda in accounting and ask her the check number during 9:00am to 5:00pm- Monto Fri. The refund has been processed for the credit card as well if you wish I can send you over the copy of the refund.

My name is M.Ramos I was giving alot of promises and when as soon as i finish transaction they start ignoring me when i ask my sale man that they were going to get me a key for the car he started to say thay might not have none i try to schedual service that i presented in the beginig of the transaction finally ater 2months i get an appointment then .My inital visit for a car you was advertizing and when i got to the place like i guess sales department said it was sole i spoke to shop manager and he told me if he has the car he will do the change i ask about it because i seen several dodge magnums i ask and nothing i spoke to manager to ask for keys she stated its to late i had to except that key so i told her thats how she sell cars one key and she stated i can buy one for$ 159 i walked out and still planing for magnum

Sir, If we got the loan from another financing source it was bec. we got you better financing terms. We have a purchaser under Evelyn Rivera, but we do not have any promisory notes about a key. I spoke to the sales person and he does not remember stating you will be getting another copy of a key. I apologize for all your inconvenience. I will be glad to assist you in any way I can. Please call me. I would appreciate if you can put your complaint about us on suspension till you and I talk.

Not only do they deny the fack but i had a someone from auto expo call me i dint get the call i call the daeler back the dealership rep tells me he will be right in he will call you in 15 mins and here it is three daus later no call i m going to speak to the banks and bringing car back if this continues i notice that thire alot of people complaining because the way thay treat people they promise you the stupp that suppose to be giving at any transation like keys
