SCAM, STEAL, FAKE REVIEWS THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. RETURN OUR $3000 PLEASE! On 11/22/2018 we traveled from Boston to New York by bus and visited the place after saw my favorite c THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. RETURN OUR $3000 PLEASE! On 11/22/2018 we traveled from Boston to New York by bus and visited the place after saw my favorite car with reasonable price on their website, with clean title as well. [First Lie]. We worked with Brandon Duncan. We came there and first thing we knew that our favorite car was not at the lot. He then introduced me to a different car, same series, and answered my questions about the car with hesitation; however, when it comes to put on a $3000 deposit, he was very quick and decisive. He also stated that the money is always refundable and If I didn't put on the deposit, he would not hold the car for me. [Second Lie]. We were very tired after the 5 hours trip and agreed on that. 2 days later we return to the place, he gave us other cars that we never picked. We decided that we were not buying and requested a refund, he said the accountant had left; therefore, he couldn't do anything until Monday, that was on Saturday, November 24th, 2018. We came back to Boston with nothing but frustration. Until now, I tried to call them, email and text. Josh and Mark were the ones who picked up and all they response is "We already have done". I also attached an email of Brandon Duncan replied to me on on December 2nd, 2018; he stated that "The money will be available within 24 hours.". Until now, I never received anything from them! At this point, I have contacted the bank as well as my lawyer to solve this problem. PLEASE STAY OUT OF THIS PLACE! More

Would not recommend BUYER BEWARE. This place lures you in with a low price on the car then adds fees, upon fees, upon fees into the price on the contract and will NOT pr BUYER BEWARE. This place lures you in with a low price on the car then adds fees, upon fees, upon fees into the price on the contract and will NOT provide a discloser statement to explain the numerous fees (I have great credit so do let them tell you the review was bad because the customer had bad credit). They overcharge for registration fees and do not refund the correct amount back, because they had more hidden fees. When questioned, the only answer I get back from the sales rep Steve is "did you get a refund? Then you should be happy with whatever you got" The only reason it got one star is because that is the lowest that I can give. STAY AWAY More
