I walked in knowing what car I wanted & knowing the price range that I can afford, fortunately my sales person, Sergio, as well as the rest of the team was able to work with me to get what I wanted, I walked out with the car 2 days later! there were some things on the car that I wanted to get fixed & I was able to bring it back to get touched up at no additional cost, which I can’t say the same about other dealers. Overall, if you’re looking to finance a nice used vehicle, this is the place to look. I researched them online for 2 years prior to stepping foot inside of their location & I’m glad that I did because I can’t see myself purchasing a car elsewhere! More

Not upfront about their prices Their prices are purposely priced low because they assume a ridiculous deposit in their fine print. They also know that these do not translate properl Their prices are purposely priced low because they assume a ridiculous deposit in their fine print. They also know that these do not translate properly across third parties such as cars.com and they blame it on them. If they were honest and upfront, their prices would show the number for the vehicle, and not one minus a deposit they selected. They might as well list their vehicles for $0.01 and then assume a $30000 deposit. It's the same thing. Also, they want to charge for delivery fee's. Yes, you are understanding that correctly. They are charging you a delivery fee for where they sourced the vehicle from rather then all the more reputable dealerships that actually include any costs into the full price the vehicle is listed for. So the breakdown is = Cost of car (shown after subtracting assumed deposit) + $4000 (assumed random deposit to make car look cheaper) + delivery fee ($750) + other dealer fee's that I didn't bother going into. More

Showed me the car i came in for and i even spotted acouple others as i walked around. I didnt buy same day but jimmy continued to follow up with me and got everything done when i was ready.
