Hello Florida / Yvel, You have out of all the reviews I have ever gotten some of the most bogus claims. First you stated we've "been jailed for their illegal practice" have we now? I can assure we have not. Also you say that we swap interiors of cars, I do wanna say we are a dealership not a chop shop. We do not posses the location, tools, skills, need, or time to do such extensive work just so we can sell you a car. The VIN matched maybe because the VIN you had was for a blue car with black interior and not for a blue car with red interior. ALSO I LOOKED YOUR NAME UP IN OUR SYSTEM AND WE HAVE NO RECORD OF YOU EVER BEING AT OUR DEALERSHIP. I would like for you to retract your review unless you have sound proof of all your claims.

You want proof, where is this vehicle that's still listed on your website. and if this vehicle has been sold, why it's still listed as available. In fact, I had someone else call in last week and inquire about the car and your salesperson claimed the car is still available. Meanwhile, I had someone visit your lot on Sunday March 12th and we were told this car is no longer available. I think you failed to know customer has a place to complain and let potential/future customers know you guys are crooks. There is a huge difference between a bad review and slander. What you are doing is not reviewing my business, you're slandering my business with false fallicies and distorted facts. I think you forgot we are in the business of selling cars. Only because you inquired about a car doesn't mean we hold the car for you until you decide you wanna come down and take a look. If someone walks in our lot and decides they want to but said car then by all means we will sell them said car. If you are mad that we sold a car you were very interested in then that is one thing, but making up stories and stating utter falsehoods is taking it to another level that makes your review uncredible. For example you said you flew here only to find out the car was unavaible, then in your second response you said you had someone come to our dealer. So which is it?

You know you have some Nerve. We finally figured who you are since all three of your reviews are with bogus names. Natasha called you over 3 times on the day of your appointment to notify that the car you were interested sold the night prior. You did not answer or return a phone call. Your friends who came were told the same thing, Yet you have the audacity to make up all this non-sense. Get a Life. Once you start making things up you lose all credibility and your words mean nothing.

If it took you that long to figure who I'm, you need to invest into a better CRM "Customer relationship management" to be more nimble and address customer concerns. While you are at it, you might also invest into a better CMS "Content Management System" to manage your website data. Therefore, Auto Gallery Imports won't leave sold vehicles listed on the website and confuse customers. But why would a crook like you invest in something that would communicate to your customer such information when all you need is for them to come in and screw them over? Also, now that you figured out who I'm, should I be scared? Let me know if you want my home address, that can be provided to you.

Did you harassed them too for sharing the reality of Auto Gallery Imports customer experience? https://www.cars.com/dealers/187100/auto-gallery-imports-inc/reviews/ Places like this give Car Salesman a bad name by Mike NJ from NJ March 12, 2017 Impressive inventory online 21 BMW 365i convertibles in stock...however!!! Cars not there when you actually visit. Inquired about one car and fill out the trade in appraisal. Within an hour I received a text from Natasha who asked if I could come in for a test drive. After some back and forth, she didn't respond with my last question on whether the 4 stock numbers I provided were available. I took a chance and drove anyway since she invited me for a test drive on the first one I wanted to see. Arrived, was greeted quickly and paired with Owen. When I asked about the cars he made every excuse possible on why they were not available. Owners had them, not arrived yet, usually don't see convertibles this time of year (Mid March??), in storage.... He did show me 1, at first didn't know where it was, then found it right outside the back door, the convertible top wouldn't open, said it was nothing and those things happen, they will fix it. Then told me someone else took it out that morning, yet when I went to pull out it was frozen to the ground. Car was not ready to be shown, dirty..He did say they didn't go over it yet, then why have people test drive it? After short test drive I asked what others he could show me, he said no others were in stock.??? 21 365i's were showing online. I said fine how about giving me the total on my trade in, he said he can't do that the person who does it isn't there. Then when I questioned that he took my information and came back with a low number. Then told me they don't do deals on Sunday's its really a cash only day. Couldn't believe a word this guy said, every sentence he had an excuse. What's funny, my wife and I are pretty open and settled on a model after looking for a few weeks. We're an easy sell to someone who will be straight with us and will give us a fair price. I will not be back.
