Amazing! I love buying new cars and usually it's hard to find a dealership you can trust a lot. I decided to go the luxury style for my next ride and looked for local places with good deals and acourse had to be used didn't wanna break the bank with some brand new Mercedes benz! I looked and found auto gallery imports they had a large selection of cars I couldn't even decide so I went into see what they had and boy was I happy to find about the deals they were offering which were pretty cool. I looked at mainly the cheapest luxurious car they had which were the bmw 328i's which I loved the look of them. Definitely was overall happy with my sales guy Nathan and the finance manager Steve. Definitely a place to check out if you want some guys who will treat you with respect and get you in a car in the same day! More

I was so excited when i walked in and even more thrilled when i walked out. I walked into auto gallery with the intent to buy a 328i with red interior and as many packages it could come with. When i met the guys at auto gallery i was beyond happy with how i was treated as a customer. I went in for the exact bmw i listed and was shown a 328i with exactly what i wanted but also shown a 335i with exactly everything i wanted aswell. As you can tell i decided to go the 335i route and boy am i happy i did. The car drove better and felt alot better. Thanks to nathan who helped me get this bad boy today and definetly will be back, they deserve as many reviews as they can get! More

Liars - Stay Away I saw a car online and decided to check it out. I spoke to Kurt and he kept harassing me everyday to schedule an appointment. They all were in to it. they gave me a bunch of blank papers to sign ahead and didnt give me enough time to read. Standing over my shoulder, holding the papers for me, to pressure me to sign. I knew I was so stupid, but I was a first time car buyer so I had no idea. They kept moving me around room to room so I was so confused and didnt realize they were frauding me. After made all payments and signed contract, they put all the papers in an envelope and walked me to the car. Then, they started the car for me and put the envelope in the draw in the car for me. Its all ready to go. I didnt suspect anything by that time, I drove away, got home, looked at the contract, and I was charged $$$$ more than what I expected to pay. I realized now that they scammed me and forced me to leave asap and accept the delivery, and I did. They tried to confused me with the extended warranty price but I tried to do the math and it all made no sense. I tried to call them, left messages so many times, the managers are never available to talk to me. The receptionist is also very rude. Went there to have them explain but they filpped story around and lied. I looked at better business bureau website. There are also similar cases like mine, and people signing blank papers, from google review. Look at the one star reviews, they are real. Five stars reviews are fake. The lawyers suggest me to file a complaint at Nassau County Consumer Affair and Attorney General Office which they can definitely help. I am even in touch with some prople who got frauded from this business, and that makes its even more clear that this business has been scamming people for years. Too bad, many people dont complain it directly to the official consumer affair/fraud and other people eventually become victim. More

WORST DEALERSHIP EVER STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. They have the worst customer service. Our sales guy was named Josh. He looked and talked like he was new in this business. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. He quoted a price and then I asked why didn't the amounts add up and he said that they do "balloon financing." Later he asked his "boss" Vinny to come over and Vinny gave us the price and I asked is that the final price and no other fine print, in other words, do you do balloon financing. His response was, "no we do not do balloon financing here." It was a quick sale for them since we liked the car and it had all the specifications we were looking for. We negotiated a little bit but they only came down on the price by $200 after Josh claimed his boss Vinny had a lot of pull. $200 is less than 1% of the price, what kind of pull is that?? Anyway we bought the car and they owed us the 2nd key that came with the car. I've been calling and harassing Josh on the phone and he has been avoiding my calls. I've left messages and he has never returned my messages. Finally when I got a hold of him on the phone, he said he would call me back after he speaks to his service manager. It has been one week and I STILL have not heard back from him after he promised to call me back. WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THAT? DO NOT COME HERE. They dodge your calls after making the sale and they all look like a bunch of sleazeballs. ALSO DO NOT BUY THE WARRANTY. Sam the finance guy makes a commission off every warranty he sells. We tried cancelling the warranty and Sam could not be reached. I will be filing an official complaint. Here is an update. Purchased the car on 1/25/16. Today is 3/1 STILL NO 2ND KEY. Oh and I guess what? I called the warranty company and they said they never received any funds for the warranty. The funds are still with the dealership. Great, I paid for a warranty that I don't have and that they won't cancel even though cancellations are allowed under NYS Law § 7903. So what does that mean? The dealership is STEALING the funds for the warranty. Losing patience with this place. Josh (salesperson) & Sam Kaye (finance manager... lol still can't get use to that title) are now open to talking to me on the phone after a negative review has been posted. The key is still being 'worked on' and Sam Kaye still refuses to refund the extended warranty/service contract. At this point I might as well dispute the down payment on the car paid by credit card, Would NEVER recommend anyone to come to this place unless you are looking to deal with thieves. I hope the owner of this place takes this review into consideration. Stop defrauding people, look at all the negative reviews. I would give negative stars if that was an option. I would also blast your facebook page if I had facebook. I would encourage everyone who has been scammed by this place to file an official complaint with Nassau County Consumer Affairs department, Better Business Bureau and the NYS DMV. The NYS DMV regulates dealerships. If that doesn't get them to budge, find a lawyer that practices consumer law. I know I will. More

When asked what happened, he mentioned that the car went into Mercedes Benz Service Center! It looked like that they had sold that car that we were interested in, but they still wanted us go there to take a look at some other cars they had and allure us to buy that. The restrooms were dirty with no paper towels, and the type of talk by sales person looked very unprofessional. I will never visit them again - just a sheer waste of time. More
