STEVE Is the magician and BRANDON the best sales rep ever!!! I am still crying tears of joy. I went to Auto Gallery Imports after being frustrated by four dealership.. I met Brandon my sales rep and STEVEN the I am still crying tears of joy. I went to Auto Gallery Imports after being frustrated by four dealership.. I met Brandon my sales rep and STEVEN the magician, Yes he does do magic. For he was able to get me an approval on the vehicle of my choice despite 2 voluntary returns etc on my credit. Brandon ever so professional and calm kept assuring me that he will get me into a car and he did. But wait, there is still more to come, yes they let me leave with my car even though I had a balance remaining on the down payment. Yes I was told to come back in a week with the balance and would get my second key etc. I have NEVER in my 30 yrs of car buying experience such awesome customer service. Pls Go see BRANDON and STEVE at AUTO GALLERY IMPORTS, it will be the best decision in your car buying life. Immediately before we signed the contract, approximately $1,500 in dealer fees showed up on our contract. We were fortunate to have caught them prior to signing and the fees were removed without argument. More

Scam artists after agreeing to a price with a salesperson over the phone I proceeded to tell them that I'm 3hrs away, im a serious buyer and im not a gimmick so do after agreeing to a price with a salesperson over the phone I proceeded to tell them that I'm 3hrs away, im a serious buyer and im not a gimmick so don't make me waste my time and drive over there for nothing. However upon arrival I was told that the price we agreed on over the phone wasn't feasible and the only way i could even get the advertised sale price was if I financed through them, but if I went through my bank with my preapproval it would be $5000 more. They talk me into running my credit which I told them to do once, they came back tell me that my credit was 50points lower than it actually was. Despite me going on Experian myself and showing them they insisted theirs was correct. I stepped out and called Experian myself and they confirmed my actual score. These people are greedy, lying, manipulative, money hungry SOB stay away from this place More

The dealership Personnel appointed to me was very patient, professional, diligent and thorough. He assisted me honorably and intelligently with acquiring a suitable vehicle with the fact that I don’t have the greatest credit status. I will come back again and would recommend these guys to anyone who is interested in acquiring their dream car.Additionally the customer service was consisted with the Financial manager who gave me awesome tips which will be essential in repairing and improving my credit status...It was a breath of fresh air to receive such industrious service :) More
