The Auto group of Louisville went out of there way to meet my needs with a reasonable price and unmatched friendly personalized service. Scott was able to find me the lowest rate and reworked the paperwork many times due to me changing the downpayment amount several times . He was always professional friendly and accommodating. I drove from Pennsylvania to obtain this car, I asked them if they could open early to facilitate my return trip. Michael and Scott met me 1 hour prior to when they were due to open. Scott made the financing paperwork quick and painless. I was quickly on my way, but not before Scott drove my rent a car 10 miles out of his way to help aide my situation and return my car. I drove past thousands of dealerships to get to this one and after my experience today I know I made the right decision. By the time i got there the car was pulled up and warmed up (I had my pregnant fiance and 1 year old with me so that helped a ton!) My fiance has an EXTREMELY SHORT FUSE. We've been shopping for a few months now and shes blown up at every dealer, each time with either pushy or straight up degrading salesmen/manager. Michael somehow had her laughing and enjoying her time. HUGE PLUS HERE! The dealership is very clean and upscale feeling. Clean white desks, classic and supercar memorabilia scattered nicely. I made a reference to my fiance that it felt like an "Apple Store" with how chill the vibe and atmosphere is. Came out numbers all itemized. None of that obnoxious 4 quadrant "what payment are you comfortable with" nonsense. Gave me what I wanted for my trade, a deal on a newer car thats way below kbb pricing. Warranty included. All under 2 hours from me stepping into the car to testdrive. I have found my new dealership and salesman. When we will want to trade our pathfinder, we will absolutely buy from here again. More
