I had an appointment for June 8th to have a 2nd key fob be programed for my 2023 Ford Edge. This was to fulfill an IOU for 1/2 the price of the key fob. Everything was good until the service department cal be programed for my 2023 Ford Edge. This was to fulfill an IOU for 1/2 the price of the key fob. Everything was good until the service department called about 1pm to inform me that the gentleman who does keys never came today. Upset because I had an appointment and drove 45 both ways to drop the car off and had to do it again to pick the car up. I was told I would have to reschedule it and offered Monday June 15th. Which would mean we would have to make several trips AGAIN to bring the car and pick it back up. When I arrived to pick the car up, I was inform the gentleman was in fact there at 9am that morning. I was told by the manager he was going to look into the matter and reach out to me the next day, June 9th. Today is June 13th and I have not heard from him yet. I will be calling on Monday June 15th and getting the matter resolved or I will be writing a nasty review. More
