Jared was excellent to work with and answered all my questions and was willing to work with me. I did not appreciate Kelly though when speaking with her. She was extremely rude and very unprofessional e questions and was willing to work with me. I did not appreciate Kelly though when speaking with her. She was extremely rude and very unprofessional especially when I called in that my seatbelts were not working after the recalls were done on my truck. She made it sound like it was a huge inconvenience to take care of something that worked before the truck was brought in. All I asked for was the technicians to fix the seatbelts so they would work again and how she spoke to me on the phone was unprofessional entirely. If I have to deal with Kelly again I will not be coming back for services there. More
