Ford EchoSport brought to Bremen Ford for service on factory recall engine oil pressure. They heard me, they checked the situation, found the recall issue had caused engine damage. All was resolved with factory recall engine oil pressure. They heard me, they checked the situation, found the recall issue had caused engine damage. All was resolved with new engine installation. The service department was wonderful. I purchased a vehicle and upon getting it home realized the tire pressure monitoring system light would not go out even with adequate air in each tir I purchased a vehicle and upon getting it home realized the tire pressure monitoring system light would not go out even with adequate air in each tire. The service department went above and beyond to figure out the problem and replaced the sensors. Haven’t had an issue with it since. More

Excellent customer service they reviewed my issues with the tire pressure monitors and suggested I replaced the additional ones that were going bad and I agreed that we needed to replace all of them.
