This is the 2nd time I’ve brought my truck in for the same problem (cruise control nonfunctional) and it still isn’t fixed. I was told the other problem I brought it in for (non functioning power door lo same problem (cruise control nonfunctional) and it still isn’t fixed. I was told the other problem I brought it in for (non functioning power door lock) never presented itself to the service techs the entire week they had possession of my truck. The very first time I tried it when picking it up, it didn’t work, as well as the next two times when demonstrating it to service manager. I have lost all faith in your service department and will most likely not be returning once the current problems are finally resolved. More

I think the cost of service is too high there are 6 people doing the work that take 3 that cost is pasted on to customers. I can not afford these high cost of maintenance and will have to look for a di people doing the work that take 3 that cost is pasted on to customers. I can not afford these high cost of maintenance and will have to look for a different car dealership when looking for my next new vehicle.This makes me sad because my 2020 superduty has performed great and has been very reliable. I take very good ofcare of my vehicles and expect my dealership to take care of me but seams to be too costly for me I am 68 years old and don’t know if I can keep this truck More
