Someone else's contract was attached to my service receipt. I have called to get MY contract sent to me at my work to print off, but so far haven't. Was told I needed to replace my battery, but when I receipt. I have called to get MY contract sent to me at my work to print off, but so far haven't. Was told I needed to replace my battery, but when I took it to where I bought it because of a warranty, they said the battery was charging excellently. Also told I had a trans fluid pan leak (which I do but paid for a second opinion as the quote for repair was $650. Ugh! I am generally pleased with Auto Park Ford in Bremen, but felt the ball was dropped this time around. More
