My brother passed away unexpectedly in May and I came back to my home town to support our mother and act as his representative. This dealership took a look at his 2001 F250 and made recommendations for back to my home town to support our mother and act as his representative. This dealership took a look at his 2001 F250 and made recommendations for repairs prior to sale. This experience was a positive one. Five months later my husband was interested in a Ford Bronco. They are difficult to find but after sitting in a Badlands version of the Bronco at a Northwest Washington State car show, he was sold. One evening I was on an errand for my mother and decided to stop in at Auto Park Ford to see if they had a Bronco. Sure enough, a Badlands Velocity Blue 4-door was sitting on the lot. I took a couple pictures and sent them to my husband with a simple question, "Do you want me to buy it?" "Maybe! Want to give it a test drive?" Long story, short, we bought it the next morning after spending two hours with the test drive, question-and-answer, and financial closure. It could not have gone better. The truck has 8,000 miles on it so...used. The prior owner, the dealer principal took good care of it but the bags for the roof were not in the truck. Jonathan and Keegan found the bags at another location and got them to us. We cannot wait for our first road trip to the Northwest! Thank you, Auto Park Ford, LaPorte! More

I kept it at 4 stars due to the fact that due to employee error, we were misquoted on the service work. I'm assuming there was someone above this person who made these errors as a form of quality control whi error, we were misquoted on the service work. My vehicle seems to be good now so I think we are fine. I did have to call though in order to find out what was taking so long but we are all busy so whatever. Thanks. More
