Good communication when setting up my service. I was unaware that someone would be driving my brand new vehicle, keeping it overnight, and returning it to me with over 100 miles driven on it. As I was unaware that someone would be driving my brand new vehicle, keeping it overnight, and returning it to me with over 100 miles driven on it. As well as leaving the heated seat on and it was 80 degrees out, using a 1/2 tank of gas, and the inside interior roof was not cleaned like promised again. While the interior was not out sourced, it was the second reason for setvicing. When I bought the vehicle I was promised the interior roof would be cleaned before bringing it home. It wasn't, however, they put the protective coat on the outside and fabric inside. Then was promised it would be cleaned when I brought it back 1 week later. Still wasn't done and now I have to bring it back a third time. On top of the delay when outsourced, they use of 1/2 a tank of gas. This was fixed after I brought it to the attention of the sales person I have been working with. He has set up a third attempt at getting the interior roof detailed. I work a lot, and making extra time is not easy. While I am grateful for the sales team working quickly, it's just frustrating. Twice it was supposed to be done and was part of the initial sale. A vehicle with 19 miles on it should not have fingerprints all over the visors and surrounding area. While it seems like something small, but it's not when spending over $35k and it's my 1st brand new vehicle ever. Glad everyone is nice in sales and financing. Just leaving a less than perfect impression of the servicing component, which is a big deal because I wanted a reliable team to work with, now how to decide if I should go to another Ford dealership for oil changes and services.
