Most importantly, I never felt pressured to make a purchase, which made the experience much more comfortable and enjoyable. The finance representative, Summer, was equally impressive. She presented the financing options in a clear, straightforward manner and was very low-pressure throughout the process. She also took the time to explain the available extended warranty options and helped me understand which plans offered the best value for the money without trying to upsell me. Overall, the entire team made buying a vehicle a pleasant experience.
