I located the vehicle I purchase Dealer: Auto Web Expo Salesperson: Ali Hussain This is by far the best car buying experience I have ever had!!! I located the vehicle I purchased (2012 VW Touareg Executive TDI) through USAA Car Buying Service. I was a bit apprehensive about buying a car from an exclusively used car dealer that wasn’t tied to a major manufacturer. However, I decided to take a chance since USAA was affiliated with them. Boy was I pleasantly surprised. Not only did I get a great deal on the vehicle, but the staff were friendly, courteous, and professional. They did not hassle or harass me and I didn’t have to spend all day at the dealership. Ali was very responsive to my needs and concerns. He did everything he promised. In fact, when I arrived at the dealer, the vehicle I wanted had not even been inspected yet by their service team. We took it for a test drive and I ended up buying the car on the spot. We test drove and completed all the paper work in less than 2 hours. Where Ali and Auto Web Expo went the “Extra Mile” is after sigining documents and buying the car. The purchase order and payment for the car was already complete. Their service team still had to do an oil change and inspect the car. They discovered the vehicle needed new brakes and new tires. They did all the work and placed brand new tires on the vehicle at no charge! Now that is customer service! You have earned my business and I appreciate you taking care of me and ensuring my car would be driveable for the Next several thousand “Extra Miles”. More
