AWARD WINNING CUSTOMER SERVICE in the Service Department I went into the Service Department of the Nissan dealership located in Wood River Illinois Because my car was making some kind of crazy sound, but of I went into the Service Department of the Nissan dealership located in Wood River Illinois Because my car was making some kind of crazy sound, but of course it wasn't doing anything when I took it in to them the 1st time, so JP told me to bring it back in as soon as it starts to make the annoying sounds again and we'llget it taken care of. What do you know. the nextday the noise was back, I zoomed the car back down To Nissan and it was still making the noise when i got there, JP said he would get right on it and let me know what the problem was,... and that's exactly what he did, He had to order the part so he called me down there to pick up a loaner car, my car was finished andready to go by the next day and it's been running great and quietly every since. More

No Pay Off My initial sales person was great. However, it all went down hill from there. I went in to sit down with finance about purchasing a car. After talk My initial sales person was great. However, it all went down hill from there. I went in to sit down with finance about purchasing a car. After talks with the finance manager, I decided to talk with my wife about possibly leasing. It was late in the evening and she wasn't with me so I went home and we talked. Next day, I called the dealership back and told them that I was ready to come back in and complete the deal for a lease. The 'negotiation' that they expected me to accept, was that because I didn't finalize anything the night before, they would give me $1,000 less on my trade. Of course I did not accept this, as literally we are talking less than 24 hours later, and let them know that I would come back in and sign the deal for a lease as long as they gave me promised value on my trade. I was supposed to hear back...never did. A phone call and a text message to explain that I was good to go...with ZERO response. For some reason, they didn't want my business. I'm almost an 800 fico that makes more than enough money to qualify for the purchase let alone a lease payment. No Pay off, no response. I then went to St. Charles Nissan and got an awesome deal from an awesome salesman. It all worked out for me, but frankly the decision making from management probably needs to be looked at Nissan. FRIENDLY UNTIL THE SELL IS DONE!!!! I went online looking at vehicles and Bob from Wood River,Illinois gave me a quite a few calls and text messages... I decided to go out there and take I went online looking at vehicles and Bob from Wood River,Illinois gave me a quite a few calls and text messages... I decided to go out there and take look around on the lot... No one never came outside to show good customer service, guess it was just too hot out that day.. I saw a few vehicles I was interested in seeing so I had to go inside still to no avail.. I literally had to remember that Bob called me several times... I just wanted to see the vehicles it didn’t matter who gave me the curtesy/attention... I had to mention Bob name before someone noticed me... Bob had Nate(Nathan) to take care of me.... He was pretty attentive and concern what I was interested in... I found a SUV I liked and he convinced me it was a great deal and I told him to see to that I got a remote starter with that vehicle and he could run my credit... He said I had it coming... Everything went excellent with my approval so he through Lawrence the finance man on me and said someone will call me to set an appointment to get the remote starter put in.. No one never called... I enquired about some free oil changes to compensate for the 8 hours I had to spend it there... The next day I called up there and told Nate some paperwork wasn’t giving to me... He said he would call me back to see to it that I got the registration,he never called me back... I had to drive all the over there for him to tell me he forgot... I’m still waiting on someone to calll me... Once they got the sell I have now been treated like a piece of gum under Auto Center Nissan shoes.... Shame on them,shame on them.... Never will I recommend anyone to this location.. More
