When servicing your vehicle here at AutoFair Ford our professional Advisers clearly document and itemize everything before work begins. Allowing for complete transparency and eliminating any surprises. This customer has visited us a few times and authorizes work by signing the itemized R/O with total cost. After the work has been completed they refuse to pay for our services. When asked to pay, we are threatened with bad reviews that would hurt our business. At this point we are willing to withstand a bad review. Each month our award winning service department helps over 1,000 customers keep their vehicles safe and on the road.
